Short version: we collect your email address so we can tell you when Nimu is ready. Nothing else.

What we collect, and why

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist. We use it to send you the confirmation email and to tell you when the app is available.
• The time of your sign-up and of your confirmation click, so we can show that you agreed.

We do this based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can take it back at any time, with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

Who processes it for us

The waitlist runs on MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Vilnius, Lithuania). The form on this page sends your email address straight to them, and they send our emails. This page also tells MailerLite that the form was shown, so we can see how many visitors sign up. That count does not identify you.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on this page.
• No cookies set by us.
• We never sell or share your address.

The interactive app preview on this page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you tap or type in it is sent anywhere.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. If we decide not to build Nimu, we delete the whole list.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Austria that is the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
